Exhaust band clamp Stainless Steel O Band Clamp for Automotive Exhaust System
Core functions:
High pressure sealing: The stainless steel band evenly wraps around the pipeline interface to prevent liquid/gas leakage, especially suitable for hydraulic systems and automotive exhaust pipes.
Anti vibration loosening: The T-shaped bolt structure provides a high-strength pre tightening force of 10.9 level.
Corrosion resistance: Made of SUS 304/316 stainless steel material.

Application:
Automotive exhaust system: Connect the exhaust pipe to the muffler;
Sealed hydraulic oil pipes, chemical fluid transportation, and ship seawater cooling pipelines.
Sealed design (optional)
O-shaped sealing groove: rubber sealing strip integrated on the inner side of the clamp (optional) to enhance the air tightness of the interface;
Stepless adjustment: supports continuous diameter adjustment and adapts to irregular pipe diameters;
Installation steps:
Surface treatment: Remove rust and burrs from the pipeline interface to ensure smooth contact;
Torque control: The T-bolt is tightened in two steps to avoid bias.
Selection suggestions
Hydraulic system: choose the model with O-ring seal groove;
High temperature exhaust: prioritize pure metal clamps without rubber seals;
Corrosion environment: specified SUS 316L material, salt spray resistant;
