Roller Ball Steel Introduction:
The conveyor roller ball unit uses a stamped ball made of stainless steel or nylon material as the core component, and achieves multi-directional flexible movement through a universal ball structure, suitable for high-frequency and high-precision industrial scenarios;
The main body is composed of a large load-bearing ball and several small ball bearings that wrap around it, as well as a stamped shell. The large ball is placed on the small ball bearings of the hemispherical cup and can rotate freely 360 °. The shell is made of stamped technology and is mostly made of carbon steel, stainless steel and other materials. Some models have a double hole flange base for easy installation and fixation.
Some units are equipped with sealed protective covers and hardened ball cups, which can reduce friction torque, prevent dust from entering, extend service life, and also achieve bidirectional installation and use with the ball facing up or down.
