V Band Exhaust Clamp Introduction:
Custom V Band Clamp is a non-standard connector designed according to specific working conditions such as pressure, temperature, medium, installation space, etc. By optimizing structure, materials, and processes, it solves the problems of sealing, strength, or environmental adaptability that standard clamps cannot meet.
The core functions include:
Quick disassembly: No need to align bolt holes, suitable for space limited scenarios (such as engine exhaust pipes).
Uniform pressure bearing: The V-shaped inclined surface design ensures even distribution of pressure, avoiding local deformation and leakage.
V-shaped clamp body: 304/316 stainless steel, titanium alloy, The width and inner diameter can be customized according to your requirements.
Locking bolts: anti loosening nuts (nylon inserts), high-strength bolts (8.8/10.9 grades);

Graphite gasket: suitable for machining flange structures at both ends;
Metal gasket: resistant to high-pressure impact (such as in turbocharging systems);
Rubber composite sealing ring: resistant to chemical medium corrosion (ship ballast water pipeline);
Sealing enhancement: Add graphite sealing rings (for high temperature conditions) or fluororubber O-rings (for oil resistant scenarios).
Structural customization
Flange interface adaptation: machined flanges at both ends;
Upgraded locking mechanism: Double nut anti loosening design (with built-in elastic components, resistant to vibration loosening)
