Furniture Insert Nut:
High Strength brass inserts fittings nut threaded inserts nuts for wood
Structural characteristics of Insert Nuts:
Strengthening thread durability: providing wear-resistant metal threads for soft substrates to avoid tooth failure caused by repeated disassembly;
Fixed by pressing, hot melting or ultrasonic embedding, supporting repeated disassembly and assembly;
Roll pattern anti rotation design: straight/cross pattern/diamond roll pattern surface (Knurled), enhancing the bonding force with the substrate;
Blind thread: a bottom closed structure to prevent medium infiltration;
Material composition: H59-H62 brass (mainstream), optional stainless steel/aluminum alloy;
