Notes:
The negative deviation needle gauge set consists of a series of precise diameter needle gauges, made of hard and wear-resistant materials. It uses the combination of needle gauge and aperture to determine the size by whether it can be inserted: if it can be inserted, the aperture is larger than the diameter of the needle gauge, otherwise it is less than or equal to.
The needle gauge is designed with negative deviation, and the actual diameter is slightly smaller than the nominal value to ensure the accuracy of measuring the upper limit of the aperture. Match different precision levels (such as ZZ level, Z level, etc.) to adapt to various scenarios. When operating, the axis should be kept aligned, and the hole should be judged for qualification based on insertion resistance.
