Working principle
Perform measurements using the "on-off method" during operation:
Insertion matching: Insert a needle gauge of appropriate size into the hole to be tested. If the needle gauge easily enters without looseness, it indicates that the hole diameter meets the standard (negative tolerance needle gauge is used to verify the minimum size).
Error detection: When the needle gauge cannot be inserted or is too tight, the marked aperture exceeds the tolerance and the processing parameters need to be adjusted.
Multi dimensional application: can combine measurement of hole pitch, thread pitch diameter, and surface groove width.
