Installation steps:
Positioning and Opening
Close the engine hood and draw a longitudinal reference line with the front logo as the center axis;
Symmetrically measure the distance between the locking point and the windshield.
Precise drilling - mark the drilling point with a center punch and drill vertically with a drill bit;
Lock body installation - base fixation
The bolt passes through the engine hood hole and a spring washer is installed below;
Cross tighten the torque wrench.
Assembly of locking components
Press the button towards the front of the car to ensure that there is no interference in the travel;
Insert the quick release pin and check the rebound force of the locking spring;
