Correct installation steps for R-Clip Pin
R-Clip Pin (also known as R-pin or spring snap spring) is an elastic locking component used to fix a pin axis (such as a clavis pin), which achieves anti detachment function by inserting a spring arm into a groove. It is suitable for mechanical connections, suspension systems, and other scenarios. The following is an installation guide based on relevant product specifications:
Preparation before installation
Check compatibility: Ensure that the size of the R-Clip Pin (such as diameter, elastic arm length) matches perfectly with the pin shaft tail hole;
Insertion alignment:
Align the bent end of the R-Clip spring arm with the radial hole at the end of the pin shaft, and smoothly push it in along the axis until it completely passes through the hole.
Manually press to lock:
Gently press the spring arm of R-Clip with your thumb or tool, causing it to bend inward and engage with the pin groove; Hearing a 'click' sound or sensing resistance indicates mechanical locking.
Verify fixed:
Gently pull the R-Clip to check for looseness; Ensure that the spring arm is fully embedded in the groove without any signs of bouncing or displacement;
