The SP series heavy-duty spherical conveying unit is a multi-directional load-bearing device that achieves omnidirectional free movement under heavy load conditions through the combination of large-diameter steel balls and multi-directional balls.
Its core function is to serve as a "multi-directional carrier unit" that can carry materials in any direction (forward, backward, left, right, inclined) for low friction transmission. It adopts a solid steel shell and high-strength ball structure, and can carry heavy objects ranging from hundreds of kilograms to several tons. Material classification: The main ball can be made of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, nylon, etc. The shell has options such as galvanized steel, stainless steel, hardened carbon steel, etc. The stainless steel version has anti-corrosion properties, while the nylon ball version can reduce operating noise and achieve self-lubricating.
Sealing design: Some models come with dust-proof sealing covers, which can prevent dust and debris from entering the ball cup, reduce ball wear, and extend service life.
