The Core function of Stainless Steel Reducers:
Multi layer design: Sanitary grade products use inner wall electrolytic polishing to reduce fluid resistance and meet aseptic requirements;
Material:304/304L/316L, special alloys, etc;
Forming process: hot pressing, stamping and welding, etc;
Core Structure of Silicone Reducers:
Straight type: axis concentric variable diameter, suitable for conventional fluid (such as coolant, air) transmission;
Offset: Asymmetric variable diameter design, used for granular media (such as lubricating oil) to prevent sedimentation and blockage;
Process: Integrated molding by compression molding - seamless, uniform wall thickness;
Wrapping vulcanization - low cost, but weak fatigue resistance;
Standards: American Standard (ASME), National Standard (GB/T), Sanitary Grade (DIN/3A), etc;

Application:
Chemical pipeline: 316L material+PTFE lining, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion;
Food and medicine: electrolytic polishing of inner walls;
Marine engineering: Dual phase steel reducer resistant to seawater erosion;
Chemical transmission: Fluorosilicone gel+PTFE lining, resistant to strong solvent penetration;
Automotive industry: turbocharger intake pipeline;

Installation steps:
Positioning control: The axial deviation between the reducer and the pipeline is ≤ 1mm, and the low point of the eccentric reducer is aligned with the drainage outlet;
Silicone layer connection: clamp installation
The clamp should be aligned with the position of the stainless steel reinforcement ring, and it is forbidden to compress the pure silicone area;
Symmetrical tightening of bolts;
