V Band Exhaust Clamp Introduction:
The V-shaped clamp with flange assembly is a mechanical fastening system used for rapid sealing connections of pipelines,Its core function is quick installation without welding, achieving high sealing connection and high temperature resistance through the principle of inclined self-locking.
Composed of three parts:
V Band Clamp: Made of 304 stainless steel stamping, with a lever locking structure to achieve radial contraction force.
Male flange: a conical ring with an outer flange, inserted into the inner groove of the female flange for positioning.
Female flange: a receiving ring with an inner groove that forms a sealed cavity with the male flange.
Material and Craftsmanship
V-shaped clamp: 304 stainless steel, cold stamping+surface sandblasting treatment;
Male/female flange: 304 stainless steel/low carbon steel, CNC precision turning;
Applicable pipe diameter: 1.5 inches (38mm) to 6.0 inches (152mm);

Correct installation steps:
Pre installation of flanges:
Weld the male flange to the active end pipeline and the female flange to the passive end, ensuring that the concentricity deviation is less than 0.5mm.
Sealing ring placement (as required):
Insert an O-ring into the groove of the mother flange (apply high-temperature anti sticking agent).
Clamp locking:
Open the V-shaped clamp and insert it into the flange. Use a wrench to evenly tighten the bolts to the specified torque;
