Safety Ropes with Lanyards Introdution
Wire rope loop hanging rope is a safety connection component made of 316 stainless steel wire rope as the main body, with metal eyelets or loops pressed at both ends. Its core function is to provide corrosion-resistant, high-strength flexible connections in load-bearing, traction or suspension scenarios, suitable for scenarios such as ships, building curtain walls, industrial maintenance, etc;

Coated carbon steel wire rope
PVC/PU coating: The surface is wrapped with a colored plastic layer, which is wear-resistant and insulating, suitable for fitness equipment and outdoor traction.
Nylon Coated: High flexibility, used for hanging precision instruments;
Wire rope core: using 7x19 strands of stainless steel/galvanized steel stranded wire (diameter 3-8mm) to provide core load-bearing capacity;
Protective cover: wrapped in PVC or nylon woven layer, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant;

Application:
Connect the Ball Lock Pin to the engineer's safety harness to prevent the pin from falling from a high altitude.
In the assembly of automotive/railway equipment, quick release pins are fixed with lanyards to prevent the loss of critical components.

Material: High strength alloy steel (Q235/CM490 grade), surface galvanized for anti-corrosion treatment.
Process: Integrated stamping forming;
