Structural features:
Composed of a combination of convex and concave surfaces, precise alignment is achieved through concave convex fitting;
The flange inner diameter matches the nominal diameter of the pipeline, and the bolt holes are distributed according to the ANSI/ASME B16.5 standard;
Flat flange
Design features:
The sealing surface is full flat (FF) and needs to be used with a flat gasket (such as asbestos rubber sheet). The bolt torque should be evenly distributed to avoid leakage.
Common materials are carbon steel (Q235) or stainless steel (304/316);
Aluminum Alloy with O-ring Flange
Technical advantages:
Using 6061 or 3003 aluminum alloy, surface anodizing treatment enhances corrosion resistance.
Integrated rubber/fluororubber O-ring for gasket free sealing (suitable for frequent disassembly scenarios);
