Installation steps:
Confirm that the stud material (such as SS 304 stainless steel), thread specifications (M3/M4/M6), and substrate hole tolerance match;
The coaxiality deviation between the screw and the substrate hole is ≤ 0.1mm to prevent thread biting;
Pre tightening force control - anti loosening treatment
Chemical locking: Apply anaerobic adhesive to the threaded engagement area;
Mechanical locking: Install spring washers on the hexagonal end face;
