Motorcycle Chain Tensioner Adjuster Type:
Manual adjustment type: By adjusting the position of the tensioning wheel through a screw/nut mechanism, the optimal tension of the chain is locked in place;
Automatic tensioning type: spring preloading+ratchet mechanism dynamically compensates for tension, suitable for high-performance locomotives;
Integrated locking type: nut+screw integrated anti retreat structure, suitable for heavy-duty/off-road vehicles;
Material grade:
Screw: Stainless steel (304/316L) resistant to corrosion;
Base: forged aluminum alloy or galvanized carbon steel;
Diameter of Hole:12mm or 15mm

Application:
Performance modification (modification of short stroke adjuster), noise elimination (solving the "dada" abnormal noise caused by loose chains)
Cargo motorcycles, etc;

Installation steps:
Installation preparation: Confirm that the regulator model is compatible with the motorcycle model;
Check the integrity of the adjusting screw thread;
Axial calibration:
Insert the regulator slot into the rear wheel axle to ensure it is parallel to the end face of the wheel axle;
The eccentric structure adjuster needs to have the flat surface facing downwards.
Pre fixed:
Manually screw in the adjusting screw to the initial resistance position and do not lock it temporarily.
Accurate adjustment of chain tension - elasticity calibration:
Measure the verticality of the middle section of the chain with a chain caliper. The single-sided adjuster should be rotated ≤ 1/4 turn each time, and both sides should be operated synchronously to prevent wheel axle deviation.
Dynamic verification:
Rotate the rear wheel for more than 3 turns and observe whether the chain fluctuates evenly;
Abnormal jumping indicates that the sprocket is not concentric and needs to be corrected by lightly tapping the sprocket with a wooden mallet.
