Custom Screws 410 Stainless Title:
High Strength custom Screw Manufacturer Stainless Steel 304 410 316 non-standard screws for Fastening
Non Standard Screws, also known as Custom Screws/Special Screws, refer to screw fasteners that are not produced in accordance with international, national, or industry standard specifications, as opposed to Standard Screws (standard screws such as ISO, GB, ANSI, DIN, JIS, etc.).
Its core features include various indicators such as size, material, structure, and surface treatment. Customized design and production are carried out based on the actual usage scenarios, assembly requirements, and equipment working conditions of downstream industries. It cannot be directly obtained from standard parts inventory and is the core fastener that adapts to non-standard structures in fields such as mechanical manufacturing, precision equipment, automobiles, and aerospace.

Structural customization (adapted to non-standard assembly scenarios)
Non standard head structure: customized irregular shaped heads (such as triangular heads, flower shaped heads, winged heads, and non-standard sizes with flanges), head with holes/slots (such as hexagonal and cross composite slots, head with pin hole anti loosening);
Non standard thread structure: customized non full thread, multi head thread, anti tooth thread (left tooth) with non-standard dimensions, customized thread ending length;
Non standard pole/tail structure: composite structural screws with chamfered/grooved/rolled edges on the pole, non-standard tails (such as pointed to flat head, flat head to rounded head, tail with pointed cone positioning), and stepped/rivet heads;
Integrated non-standard: screw and washer, spring washer, nut integrated design (standard is split type, customized welding/integrated molding is non-standard).
Material and performance customization (suitable for special working conditions)
Special metal materials: titanium alloy, high-temperature alloy, copper alloy (beryllium copper, phosphor copper), aluminum alloy (6061/7075), etc;
Surface Treatment Non Standard Screw Finish:Chrome Plating,Black Oxide,Plain,Dacromet,Blue/White Zinc,Anodizing,etc.
Core production process flow:
Customized design and sampling: Based on the drawings/samples/working conditions provided by the customer, CAD/3D modeling is carried out to confirm dimensions, materials, and performance parameters. Molds (cold rolling mold, rubbing mold/rolling mold) are made to produce the first sample;
Cold heading forming (core process): By customizing a cold heading machine, the wire is cold headed into the head and stem prototypes of screws. Non standard structures (such as steps and grooves) require multiple cold heading machines to form at once, replacing the fixed molds of standard parts;
Thread processing: Customized thread rolling dies/rolling dies are used for thread rolling/rolling. Special molds are required for non-standard thread pitch and multi head threads, while non full threads are positioned through lathe processing;
Secondary processing: For irregular structures such as head drilling, stem chamfering/rolling, and tail sharpening, high-precision secondary processing is carried out using CNC lathes, milling machines, and drilling machines to ensure non-standard dimensional tolerances;
Surface treatment: Electroplating, baking paint, coating and other processes are carried out according to customized requirements. For non-standard coatings, thickness and adhesion should be controlled and targeted testing should be carried out;
Customized testing: in addition to the go no go gauge and hardness testing of standard parts, anime/tertiary image measurement of non-standard dimensions, tensile testing of mechanical properties, salt spray testing, high and low temperature testing, etc. are added to ensure compliance with customer customized requirements;
Packaging delivery: Customized packaging according to customer needs (such as small packaging, scratch resistant packaging, bulk wooden box packaging), without standard packaging specifications.
