Clinch Nut SS 304 is a set of thin plate special cold press fastening thread components designed for fast, secure, and welding free installation of metal sheet metal sheets. By embedding pressure into prefabricated holes, the material is locked in place through plastic flow. After installation, the surface is flat, the thread strength is high, and the seismic resistance does not fall off, making it suitable for automated mass production.
Standard type (CLA/CLS/CLSS) Self tightening nut metal: The most widely used, suitable for steel, aluminum and other sheet materials, providing high load-bearing capacity and anti rotation function.
Flush Nut self clipping blind and flush nuts: After installation, the nut is flush with the panel surface, suitable for panels with requirements for appearance and scratch resistance.
Stainless steel special type (SP/CLS-S/SPB) blind self clip nut: made of harder stainless steel, designed specifically for stainless steel sheets to prevent biting, micro/small specification type (CLA), floating/self-locking type, etc.

Positioning: Place the self-locking nut into the pre punched thin plate, with its toothed or grooved side facing the plate.
Press in: Use a press to apply continuous axial pressure to the nut, rather than impact force.
Cold forming: Under pressure, the sheet undergoes plastic deformation, and the metal is squeezed into the annular groove on the outside of the nut body, forming a mechanical interlock.
Locking: After installation, the nut is permanently fixed on the board, and the surface of the opposite board remains flat and does not protrude.
