Application:
Building decoration: fixing lightweight decorative items (such as picture frames, wall lamps) on drywall or gypsum board surfaces;
Use # 6- # 8 screws for furniture assembly to prevent screws from loosening.
Industrial maintenance: Temporary equipment mounted on hollow partitions, such as electrical boxes or pipe supports;
Installation steps:
Positioning and Drilling
Measure the positioning point with a tape measure and calibrate the position with a level;
No pre drilling operation: Align the anchor bolt tip directly with the marked point without the need for pre drilling.
Manual operation:
Insert a screwdriver into the groove of the anchor bolt head;
Press the wall vertically and rotate clockwise until the cutting blade completely penetrates the gypsum board;
Mechanical assistance:
Adjust the electric drill to low speed gear;
Continuously apply gentle thrust and rotate until the anchor bolt collar is fully aligned with the wall surface.
Screw fixation
Remove the temporary screws used for installing anchor bolts;
Screw the fastening screws of the object to be suspended into the internal thread of the anchor bolt;
