Stainless Steel Ball Plunger Specifications:
The GN 615 bead screw is often used as a positioning device, stop pin, pressure pin, and ejector, with typical application scenarios being push in/push out applications. For example, in some mechanical structures that require frequent insertion or positioning, bead screws can provide reliable positioning and locking functions.
There are two materials to choose from for the casing, one is a blackened steel casing (type K/KS), and the other is an AISI 303 stainless steel casing (type KN/KSN). Steel balls are usually hardened steel balls or AISI 420 C stainless steel balls, while springs are made of AISI 631 stainless steel material.
Threaded body:Black-oxide steel or stainlesssteel
Screw driver:slotted head
KSN Stainless Steel, high spring load

Slotted: Refers to a screw head with a slot (usually a "one" or "ten" slot, but also other types) for easy installation or adjustment using tools such as a screwdriver.
Ball plunger: refers to a screw assembly with a spring and steel ball inside, which can expand and contract when the steel ball is compressed, and is used for positioning, triggering, limiting or detecting functions.

Working principle of ball head plunger:
When there is no external pressure applied, the spring pushes the steel ball out, causing it to protrude from the surface of the screw, playing a role in positioning, locking or triggering; When external force is applied to the steel ball, it is pressed in and the spring is compressed, allowing for movement or release.
Main uses and application scenarios:
Positioning function: Used for precise positioning of parts in molds, fixtures, and gauges.
Limiting function: Restricting the range of motion of mechanical components to prevent over positioning.
Trigger switch: In some automatic devices, it is used as a micro motion trigger element to sense or initiate a certain action.
Dumb design: Ensure that parts can only be assembled in the correct direction or position.
Industrial automation: used for sensor triggering, block positioning, etc.
Furniture and electronic products: They are also used in some occasions that require slight positioning or buckle functions.

Features and advantages:
Compact structure: Small in size, easy to install in areas with limited space.
Easy to operate: with slot design, can be installed and adjusted with a regular screwdriver.
High repeatability accuracy: suitable for occasions that require frequent and precise positioning.
Long service life: High quality steel and spring design, wear-resistant and durable.
Multiple specifications are available: different thread specifications, ball diameters, elasticity, etc., to meet different needs.
