  • Ball Material: Steel (surface hardening treatment applied for extended wear life in repetitive indexing) or stainless steel (corrosion-resistant, utilizing grades like AISI 420C for maximum durability against friction).

  • Surface treatment: Provide nickel plating and black oxide or Plaining. These specialized treatments prevent oxidation during transit and maintain structural integrity during continuous daily operation.

  • Thread locking: Nylon Patching or Polyamide Blue Coating, etc. This critical addition prevents the plunger from backing out or loosening under intense mechanical vibration.
